Kitchen remodel. We love the results!

Gabriel and his team did a tremendous job redesigning our front stairs and walkway. The work was completed on time and the quality and value were outstanding. The entire team was attentive. Highly recommend.

I hired Iwano and Sons to do a small kitchen remodel that began in September 2022 and completed in December 2022. Gabriel, the owner, was always responsive, friendly and ready to answer my questions in a thoughtful and thorough way. This was my first renovation so I was new to the entire process but when I had concerns over something, he quickly addressed them and put my mind at ease. He provided a detailed quote with a timeline of payments and his estimate was on par with other contractors I vetted. Importantly, he stayed on budget with no surprises at the end. He also partnered with a very helpful electrician, Tiago, who was just as thorough as Gabriel. The team always cleaned up at the end of the day and always made sure to check in with me. He also recommended the designer I worked with when I was still in the phase of gathering quotes and I ended up working with them, which helped make the process seamless. The timeline took longer than anticipated due to permits and the city but Iwano and Sons were readily available to keep the project going without delay after that. I highly recommend working with Gabriel and I plan to keep his number in my contacts for any future projects!

Gabriel and his crew are professional and amazing. I had them install a custom shower and some flooring. I can’t be happier. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We had a walkway installed & wall built. The owner was very pleasant to do business with & very helpful. The workers were very efficient, conscientious, hard working, polite & cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with their work & service we received.
